 Revs drop when at idle |

I've got a 2008 GLI with automatic transmission and about 1 in 5 or 1 in 8 times when I stop at an intersection or red light when I remove my foot from the break to drive the revs will drop (idle about 750 and drops to around 300) then jump right back to normal.
Anyone have any ideas?
