 how to replacebroken window winder handle |

subject says it all really, im trying to replace the window winder handle but dont really know how to take the old one off. ive got the new one in my hand, there is a circle plastic bit that slides across thats as far as i got. any sugestions?

hey you have to turn the winder to a certain position then take the placky clip thing ova the handle then it shud just slide off
