2001 Jetta - which MAF is correct?

 2001 Jetta - which MAF is correct? |

Scanned a friends 2001 Jetta and pulled codes P0102 (MAF) and P0171 (Lean)... Doing some online research really seems to be pointing towards a bad MAF sensor (I cleaned w/ CRC MAF cleaner which helped, but still stumbles a bit)
Anyway, was looking up part numbers on various sites (Rock Auto, Napa, etc...) and there seems to be a choice of either part #06A906461A (about $100) or ...461G (about $200)
How do I know which one to purchase?
Also, it asks which engine (AEG, AVH or AZG)... where would I find this info?
