'08 Stereo ?'s |
|
Wondering if anyone has any solutions...
Just got an '08 Eos, with Sirius and the Ipod adapter.
However, after many attempts to activate the Sirius service (numerous calls, and many on-line attempts) I am still not able to hear anything. Any ideas? The guys on the phone just keep telling me that they will resend the transmission but nothing seems to work....
Was also wondering how to use the Aux In input? Was wondering if since I have the Ipod cable, does this cancel out the Aux In feature?

First off there is a problem with the sirus unit. take back to dealer. to have them fix it as your car is still under wrranty.
as for your I-pod do you have the center console area there should be a spot for your I-pod to plug right into. the car should have come with addoptors to make your i-pod fit nicely into it.

Thanks. I will bring it back to the dealer & have them deal with the Sirius.
I have the ipod adapter which is located in the glove box. It has many limitations so I wanted to use the AUX (located in the middle console) as well. Is that possible?

you just need to run a aux cable to your ipod if you're plugging it into the aux input in your glove box. you'll be able to access it by pushing the "CD" button twice.
