recently my 1.9 turbo diesel Megane 2003 model with 150000km on the clock. It started flashing "injector fault" on the display panel. AT first the car kept on running but later on it will die in traffic and I will have to sit and wait for about a minute to before attempt starting it again. Took it to the dealers who insisted that the car needed to be serviced and once the computer is rosetted, the error will disappear. Needless to say, it got worse. Took it back again to the agents who then insisted that the injectors got to be replaced. The service and replacement of injectors set me back around R18 000 ($2500). Got the car back yesterday. Injector fault didnt go away. How is it poss that the agents are unable to solve this? The car runs extremely rough and its almost as if the diesel stinks more than previously. ANYBODY out there had similar problems?
