when I pull the key out of the ignition the instrument panel go's crazy like the key is still in the ignition , I mean the dials start spinning and theres a little buzzing noise , then it seem as though the car want start at all , then I wait a few minutes then the car start backup sometimes or it will make a clicking noise then I wait and the car starts up again !!!!!!!!! PS CAN YOU HELP ME THANKS A MILLION !
